This is care provision aimed at those hospital patients that are anxious to return to the comfort of their own homes soon after an operation. Our caregivers will liaise with the hospital professionals to ensure a safe discharge from hospital and provide care services for as long as is necessary. Some of the services provided include dressing, and medication administration, personal care and companionship.
